Widen your knowledge and experience new ways of living well thanks to our line-up of world expert speakers, authors and practitioners including bestselling authors Liz Earle (MBE) and Gelong Thubten. From talks on Mindfulness, Creative Journaling and Aromatherapy there are a wealth of subjects to learn about. You’re also encouraged to take part in a guided meditation or try sound bathing session, stretch and unwind with a yoga or Pilates class and leave feeling inspired and invigorated!

Tashi Lhunpo Monks
Traditional Tibetan Buddhism

At the heart of the festival will be the unique opportunity to witness the Tashi Lhunpo Monks creating an intricate Medicine Buddha sand mandala over 3 days. On completion the sand mandala will be displayed before being ritually dismantled and offered to the River Frome. The creation of a sand mandala is an exquisite example of the artistic tradition of Tibetan Buddhism.
