The Retreat is our intimate sanctuary of stillness overlooking the water where you can try sound bathing, meditation or mindfulness practices with experienced practioners and teachers. If you’ve never tried these tehcniques before, this is the perfect opportunity for you to explore what it’s all about and experience the benefits for yourself.

No need to book in advance. Sessions are walk up and based on a first come, first served basis, so best to get there early to avoid disappointment.
Please wear comfortable loose clothing as you may be expected to sit or lie down


Introduction to Meditation

In these introductory meditation sessions you will learn aspects of posture and a variety of techniques which will help you to work with your thoughts and emotions, enabling you to deal with the challenges and stresses of modern living. Sessions aresuitable for complete beginners or people who would like to revisit meditation. 


Sound Healing Bath

with sacred healers Preet Kaur, Scania Price and Lola Lhamo

Relax, release and rejuvenate with a sound healing bath. Allow the Yoga Nidra, healing vibrations of the Gong, Voice, Tibetan & Crystal Bowls and meditation to help you unwind, soothe any tension away and allow prana to flow freely, bringing you health, peace of mind and deep relaxation.
