Yoga for everyone- various styles
Yoga is more than a physical exercise to maintain flexibility and strength, it’s a practice that unites body, mind and breath through movement leading to greater wellbeing and clarity of mind.
With so many styles available we’re going to showcase a wide range for you to try from a range of experienced yoga teachers including Pip Taverner of Tonic Retreats and Red Magazine’s go-to yoga teacher Nicky Friend.
Feel the flow with a dynamic Hatha class or go deep with a soothing Yin session and let the benefits begin. Beginners very welcome!
Pilates is a complete method of exercise developed by its founder Joseph Pilates over the course of a lifetime dedicated to improving physical and mental health
Catering to all levels of ability our Pilates instructors will be leading classes that will have you working muscles you didn’t even know you had! Through precise low impact movements you will begin to develop an awareness of how your body works, helping your mind and body to work in harmony.
Harness the power of feeling good through dance. We’ll be running creative dance workshops using principles such as the Laban movement technique. These fun sessions will explore movement around creating a short dance with music - joyful, therapeutic and for all - regardless of age and any previous dance experience.
